Refund policy

Products may be returned for a refund or credit within 30 days of receipt (less 15% restocking fee and shipping cost) Any missing parts, knobs, shafts etc from your return will be charged back to you at our discretion. Shipping charges and gift cards are non refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned Merchandise will be credited to the original form of payment. Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange or credit, please contact our customer service department for a return authorization number and instructions. RetroBelt USA, LLC will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. 

All orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee due to fees charged by the major credit card companies and Paypal.

To obtain repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please contact us toll free at 888.325.1555 or email (tech@retromanufacturing.com) and request a return authorization number. Proof of purchase and date of purchase are required to validate the warranty claim. Please note any returns sent to us without a return authorization number WILL be refused.

RetroBelt USA,LLC assumes no responsibility for a proper or improper Installation.

Shipping

We use FedEX and USPS Priority to meet your shipping needs, we prefer FedEx due to its tracking and /in transit updates, at retrosound.com, we are all about providing you will as many choices as possible!

Please note RetroBelt USA, LLC is not responsible for brokerage fees, VAT, taxes, customs fees, or any other fees your country's customs levies on goods we ship to you.
