How do I find my product?

You can search by product category on the left side of the page, enter your year/make/model into the vehicle search, or type what you're looking for into the search bar.

Do you offer technical help?

Are your belts federally approved?

Yes. Our belts meet or exceed FMVSS 209 and 302 regulations.

Do you match prices?

Prices are as marked. We do not price match or offer special pricing.

Can I replace just one side of my seat belt?

RetroBelt seat belt buckles and belt ends are manufactured to work with one another. Matching a buckle or belt end with another brand of seat belt, whether a factory or an after-market belt, is not recommended.

Do you offer seat belts for specific vehicles?

RetroBelt offers a wide variety of vehicle-specific applications. We also offer universal seat belt solutions in two-point lap belts, three-point belts and four-point harnesses. See our product pages for more information.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

How do I track my order?

An item is missing from my shipment, or I received the wrong item.

You will need to contact our sales team at sales@retrobelt.com or call 1-888-325-1555.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on seat belts that have already been installed or modified for safety reasons. Our full returns policy is available here. You will need to contact tech@retrobelt.com or call 1-888-325-1555 and request a Return Authorization Number (RA). Products may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt (less 15% restocking fee and shipping cost) Any missing parts from your return will be charged back to you at our discretion.

What's your shipping policy?

Retro Belt ships orders via USPS and FedEx. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed during checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries. If your location is not available in the shipping drop down menu on the checkout page, feel free to contact us at 1-888-325-1555 for assistance.

Do you ship to hotels?

We do not ship to hotels at this time.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, PayPal and Shop pay.

When will my order ship?
  • Standard orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Expedited orders (2-Day or Overnight) placed before 10:00 AM PST ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.

My Account

Do I have to create an account?

No, you do not have to create an account. Creating an account allows you to keep your information on file to make it easier for you to order from us in the future.

How do I create an account?

Please visit our accounts page. From there, you will see the option to either login or create an account.

How do I edit my account information?

Login to your account by clicking the login button at the top right side of the page or clicking here. Enter your login details and press login. From there you can access your account information by clicking My Account at the top of the page next to the shopping cart button. If you need to make additional changes to your account, you may need to contact support at 1-888-325-1555.

I forgot my password. What now?

You can simply go to the login screen and choose Forgot Password. An email will be sent to the address you used to create the account with details on how to reset your password. If you need assistance, you may contact us at 1-888-325-1555.
