BUYER'S GUIDE

How do I find my product?

You can search by product category on the left side of the page, enter your year/make/model into the vehicle search, or type what you're looking for into the search bar.

Do you offer technical help?

Are your belts federally approved?

Yes. Our belts meet or exceed FMVSS 209 and 302 regulations.

Do you match prices?

Prices are as marked. We do not price match or offer special pricing.

Can I replace just one side of my seat belt?

RetroBelt seat belt buckles and belt ends are manufactured to work with one another. Matching a buckle or belt end with another brand of seat belt, whether a factory or an after-market belt, is not recommended.

Do you offer seat belts for specific vehicles?

RetroBelt offers a wide variety of vehicle-specific applications. We also offer universal seat belt solutions in two-point lap belts, three-point belts and four-point harnesses. See our product pages for more information.

ORDER STATUS

What's your shipping policy?
We ship via USPS (Priority Mail, etc) and via FedEx (Ground, International). Shipping costs and options are listed when you check out. You will be notified via e-mail (if you supplied a valid e-mail address) when your order has shipped. If your order is shipped via FedEx, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

All orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday). Orders received before 2 pm Pacific time typically ship the same business day. Orders received after 2 pm typically ship the next business day. If you were to place an order for Next Day Air on a Friday before the shipping cut off, the package would be delivered the next business day which would be Monday. If you order AFTER the cut off time on Friday, the order would be shipped Next Day Air on Monday, and be delivered on Tuesday. 

Please note that RetroBelt, LLC is not responsible/nor subject to additional tariffs, taxes, customs or duty fees assessed by countries outside of the contiguous continental United States. Any VAT, taxes, or fee assessments by the destination country are the purchaser's responsibility.
When will my order ship?

Your order will ship the same day if it was placed before 2pm Pacific Standard Time. All orders placed after 2pm PST will ship on the following business day.

An item is missing from my shipment, or I received the wrong item.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns on seat belts that have already been installed or modified for safety reasons. Our full returns policy is available here. You will need to contact tech@retrobelt.com or call 888.325.1555 and request a Return Authorization Number (RA). Products may be returned for a refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt (less 15% restocking fee and shipping cost) Any missing parts from your return will be charged back to you at our discretion.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you do not have to create an account. Creating an account allows you to keep your information on file to make it easier for you to order from us in the future.

How do I create an account?

Simply click the login button at the top right side of the page. From there, you will see the option to either login or create an account.

How do I edit my account information?

Login to your account by clicking the login button at the top right side of the page. Enter your login details and press login. From there you can access your account information by clicking My Account at the top of the page next to the shopping cart button. If you need to make additional changes to your account, you may need to contact support at 888.325.1555.

I forgot my password.

You can simply go to the login screen and choose Forgot Password. An email will be sent to the address you used to create the account with details on how to reset your password. If you need assistance, you may contact us at 888.325.1555.

SHIPPING

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries. If your location is not available in the shipping drop down menu on the checkout page, feel free to contact us at 888.325.1555 for assistance.

Do you ship to hotels?

We do not ship to hotels.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Most people in the United States will not be charged sales tax. For orders in Nevada and states or countries that require taxes on online orders, taxes will be charged.
